Our ethos

If the uniqueness of our terroirs is inseparable from their remarkable soils, climates and grape varieties, it is equally — and above all — grounded in in the hands of the women and men who tend to them with care. That is why every member of the Mandois team lies at the very heart of our champagnes and our winemaking identity.

A family spirit
For nine generations, the Mandois family has carefully written each chapter of our story. Today, Claude Mandois watches over the destiny of the Champagne House alongside his sister Catherine, co-owner of the estate and in charge of its administrative and financial operations.
But our family spirit extends beyond the family itself, uniting our entire team through strong bonds, shared loyalty and mutual support. Several of our employees have been with us for nearly 35 years.

The strength of the collective
Driven by a shared commitment to champagne-making excellence and in a spirit of mutual support, the men and women of our team willingly take on multiple roles throughout the year, from harvesting to cellar work, from bottling to disgorging.
Their ability to master a wide variety of tasks and the continuous sharing of know-how are invaluable assets for our Champagne House. They drive our innovation and are an essential part of what makes us unique.

A philosophy that extends far beyond our cellar doors
Our commitment to respecting and supporting each person we work with extends beyond our team and shapes the way we engage with our partners and customers.
We pride ourselves on transparency, operational excellence and an unwavering dedication to quality in everything we do.
